Personal Care
This service ranges from welfare checks and social visits right up to assisting with washing and dressing, continence care and medication assistance.
End of Life Care
This is our chosen speciality area and we have a wealth of experience assisting those who have chosen to spend their last week’s/months at home.
Working with your current healthcare team we can provide care and support for both you and your family during this difficult time.
Overnight care
Whether it be someone to sleep at your home for peace of mind or someone to be with you all night while you rest, we can provide the right person to accompany you.
We offer both sleeping and waking nights either to compliment an existing care package or as a one off should the need arise.
Social Support At Home
This service is designed to give comfort to you and those around you.
They may need to leave home for errands or just need a bit of time to themselves, we can help to ensure you are left safe, enabling your spouse/family member/friend to get some time away.
Domestic Support
We can assist with shopping, housework, laundry or any other chores that you may find difficult.
This service can be flexible so you can either accompany one of our care workers or simply tell them what you need.
Social Support Away From Home
It may be a walk to the local park or an appointment at the hospital. This service is designed to give you the freedom of being outside your home but with the safety of a care worker joining you.
(Please note that this service must be booked in advance to ensure that risk assessments are in place)
Short Term Care
This service is designed to support someone living temporarily in the area, perhaps a family member or friend who is staying with you but is too far away from home for their current provider to help.
